摘要
现代电子产品以小型化和高密度集成要求设计,高密度超多芯通孔连接器被广泛使用。由于其引脚数量多、间距小、焊接间隙微小等原因,采用手工焊接方法很难满足其焊接质量的可靠性要求。通过对手工焊接过程工艺优化,成功实现了手工焊接间隙0.08 mm的LRM系列连接器可靠的焊接,一次组装合格率达到99%以上。
With the miniaturization and high density integrated design requirements of electronic products,high density super multicore connectors are widely used.Due to the large number of leads,small spacing and small welding gap,it is difficult to meet the reliability requirements of welding quality by manual welding.Through manual welding process optimization,successfully realized the reliable welding of LRM series connectors with manual welding clearance of 0.08mm,and the qualified rate of one assembly reached more than 99%.
