随着《中国制造2025》国家战略的发布,造智能制成为热门话题,智能工厂成为制造业转型升级的抓手。政府引导、行业推广、企业示范的大幕已经拉开。企业希望能够在智能制造管理平台为企业打造透明工厂、透明物流,实现与各个生产车间的信息互通,有效统计数据并且整合生产车间内部的资源。对于一个电子行业为主的生产企业来说,各生产单元之间信息传递、信息共享、数据透明在企业发展过程中发挥了越来越重要的作用。随着智能制造时代的到来,自动化立体仓库管理系统从传统仓库中逐步独立出来,实现了物料在生产过程中全透明化管理,便于生产过程中价值流的管理。
