增强人民精神力量的辩证法与着力点

Dialectics and Focus of Strengthening People’s Spiritual Strength

十九届五中全会首次提出"促进满足人民文化需求和增强人民精神力量相统一"的原则要求,内蕴着物质力量与精神力量、满足需要与增强力量之间的辩证法。今天,民族复兴的大跨越奠定了人民全面追求精神需要满足的基础,回溯第一个百年奋斗历程的成功密码就在于强大的精神力量,开启现代化新的征程需要我们进一步增强人民精神力量,应对深刻复杂变化的发展环境需要我们以强大的精神力量保持定力、生发智慧,当前人们精神状况存在一些不足则表明精神力量亟待增强。在新时代新阶段增强人民的精神力量必须着力做好几件事:以人民为中心,增强思想理论的彻底性;以核心素养和底线伦理为重点,提升国民素质;以正确处理人民内部矛盾为基础,夯实民族共同体的价值共识;以高品质、正能量、社会效应优先为准则,优化精神产品供给;以文化信仰滋养政治信仰,安顿人们的心灵世界。

The fifth plenary session of the 19th Central Committee of the CPC put forward for the first time the principle requirement of "promoting the unity of meeting the people’s cultural needs and enhancing the people’s spiritual strength", which contains the dialectics between material power and spiritual strength,and meeting needs and strengthening power. To strengthen the spiritual strength of the people in the new era and new stage, we must focus on several things: take the people as the center and enhance the thoroughness of the thought theory;focus on core literacy and bottom-line ethics to improve the quality of the people;correctly handle the contradictions among the people to consolidate the value consensus of the national community;optimize the supply of spiritual products based on the criteria of high quality, positive energy and social effects;nourish political beliefs with cultural beliefs to settle people’s spiritual world.
