液体硅胶对环氧类路用热反射涂层性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为有效提升环氧类路用热反射涂层性能,在以环氧树脂、金红石型钛白粉、空心微球制备的路用热反射涂料中共混液体硅胶,研究了液体硅胶对涂层性能的影响,结果表明:液体硅胶能有效降低涂层光泽度,添加10%~14%时,涂层呈现亚光;液体硅胶能提升涂层韧性,14%~16%的添加量,冲击强度提升54.3%~54.8%;液体硅胶能提升涂层耐磨性,添加量增至16%,涂层磨耗损失量降低19.8%;液体硅胶对降温性能影响不显著,对耐冻融性有提升作用.液体硅胶改进环氧类热反射涂层性能时,建议添加量为14%. In order to effectively improve the performance of epoxy road heat reflective coating,liquid silica gel was blended in the road heat reflective coating prepared by epoxy resin,rutile titanium dioxide and hollow microspheres,and the effect of liquid silica gel on the coating performance was studied.The results show that liquid silica gel can effectively reduce the glossiness of the coating,and the coating is matte when added 10%~14%.Liquid silica gel can improve the toughness of coating,and the impact strength can be improved by 54.3%~54.8%with the addition of 14%~16%.Liquid silica gel can improve the wear resistance of the coating,with the addition increased to 16%and the wear loss of the coating reduced by 19.8%.In addition,liquid silica gel has no significant effect on cooling performance,but can improve freeze-thaw resistance.When liquid silica gel is used to improve the performance of epoxy thermal reflective coating,it is suggested that the addition amount should be 14%.
