摘要
γ能谱相对效率曲线刻度一般选择使用多个已知标准源刻度或选择同一核素在不同能量的特征峰进行刻度,而在复杂γ谱测量中,有时这两种条件都不能满足。针对难以使用标准源刻度且单个核素特征峰较少的情况下相对效率刻度问题,直接从能谱中提取多个核素的特征线,使用经验公式进行效率刻度,可获得准确的相对效率曲线刻度,同时也可获得大致准确的多个核素相对含量。
Multi radioactive source standards or a nuclide with peaks across whole energy range is usually used to calibrate relative efficiency.But these requirements may not be satisfied when measuring complex samples.In order to do γ spectrum relative efficiency calibration without standard source while few peaks available by one nuclide,this paper developed a method that can use peaks from multi nuclide.Using an experimental function approach,the method can acquire accurate relative efficiency calibration and get an approximate percentage of the multi nuclides in the same time.
