Real-Time Nuclear Signal Readout System Based on AXI4 Bus

摘要 为了给核信号数字处理方法研究提供准确、可靠的数据,设计了AXI4总线核信号实时读出系统。系统以Zynq系列芯片为核心,采用乒乓方式缓存高速流式数据,使用AXI4总线实现可编程逻辑阵列与内部微处理器之间高速数据通信,最后通过千兆以太网将微处理中的数据实时传输到PC机上,并保存数据到文件。结合NaI(T1)探测器和17Cs源,采用25MHz ADC对设计系统进行了实验测试。实验结果表明,系统实测180s,可实时读取9GB核信号数据,实现核信号高速.零丢失读出;168h长期稳定性测试表明系统最大数据丢失率为0.0146%,满足长期稳定工作要求。 In order to provide accurate and reliable data for the study of nuclear signal digital processing,the real-time nuclear signal readout system based on AXI4 bus is designed.The system takes Zynq series chip as the core,caches high-speed streaming data by ping-pong mode,uses AXI4 bus to realize high-speed data communication between programmable logic array and internal microprocessor,and finally transmits the data in microprocessor to PC in real time through gigabit Ethernet,and saves the data to file.Use NaKTDdetector as experimental detector and 137Cs source as experimental source,25 MHz ADC was used to test the design system.Experimental results show that the system is actually measured 180 s,which can read 9 GB nuclear signal data in real time and achieve high-speed and zero-loss readout.The long-term stability test of 168 h shows that the maximum data loss rate of the system is 0.0146%,which meets the requirements of long-term stability.
