摘要
随着智能电网的快速发展,国家电网对智能电表的使用寿命提出了更高的要求,从十年的使用寿命延长到16年。随之而来的,对智能电表用元器件也提出了更高的要求。本文介绍了集成电路寿命的多应力加速模型以及高温老化试验的验证方法,并以RS-485收发器为例,介绍了在加速应力模型中,施加温度应力和电压应力的条件下智能电表用元器件寿命的计算与验证。
With the rapid development of smart grids,the State Grid has put forward higher requirements for the reliability life of smart meters,extending the reliability life from ten years to 16 years.As a result,higher requirements have been put forward for components used in smart meters.This article introduces the multi-stress acceleration model of integrated circuit life and the verification method of HTOL(High Temperature Operating Life)test.Taking the RS-485 transceiver as an example,we introduce the calculation and verification of smart meter components’life in the accelerated stress model with temperature stress and voltage stress.
