BiPAP与NCPAP结合猪肺磷脂注射液治疗新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征的疗效比较

Comparison of efficacy of BiPAP and NCPAP in the treatment of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome in combination with porcine lung phospholipid injection

摘要 目的探究BiPAP与NCPAP结合猪肺磷脂注射液治疗新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征的疗效。方法选取2018年12月至2019年12月本院收治的新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征患儿135例,按照随机数表法分为对照组(n=65)及研究组(n=70)。对照组接受BiPAP治疗,研究组接受NCPAP结合猪肺磷脂注射液治疗。比较两组疗效、治疗前后血气指标与血氧指数。结果研究组治疗总有效率为95.71%,高于对照组的84.62%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组PaO_(2)均高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组,PaCO_(2)均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与BiPAP比较,NCPAP结合猪肺磷脂注射液的疗效更确切,可明显改善新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征患儿的动脉血气指标,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To investigate the efficacy of BiPAP and NCPAP in the treatment of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome in combination with porcine lung phospholipid injection.Methods 135 cases of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome treated in our hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were divided into control group(n=65)and study group(n=70)according to the random number table method.The control group received BIPAP treatment and the study group received NCPAP combined with porcine lung phospholipid injection treatment.The curative effect,blood gas index and blood oxygen index before and after treatment of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 95.71%,which was higher than 84.62%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);PaO_(2) was higher than before treatment in the two groups,and the study group was higher than the control group,PaCO_(2) was lower than before treatmentin the two groups,and the study group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with BiPAP,the curative effect of NCPAP combined with porcine lung phospholipid injection is more accurate,it can improve the arterial blood gas index of children with respiratory distress syndrome.It is worthy of clinical application.
