摘要
目的探究雷贝拉唑钠联合氯吡格雷片治疗心肌梗死伴消化道出血的临床疗效。方法选取本院2018年1月至2020年5月收治的心肌梗死伴消化道出血患者76例,按交替分组法分为两组,各38例。对照组采用氯吡格雷联合奥美拉唑治疗,观察组采用氯吡格雷联合雷贝拉唑钠治疗。比较两组患者临床效果、血小板计数、血红蛋白及不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组血小板计数、血红蛋白水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组心血管不良事件发生率、与药物相关不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论氯吡格雷联合雷贝拉唑钠治疗心肌梗死伴消化道出血效果显著,不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of rabeprazole sodium combined with clopidogrel tablets in the treatment of myocardial infarction with gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods 76 patients with myocardial infarction and gastrointestinal hemorrhage admitted to our hospital between January 2018 and May 2020 were selected and they were divided into two groups according to the alternate grouping method,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was treated withclopidogrel combined with omeprazole treatment,the observation group was treated with clopidogrel combined with rabeprazole sodiumtreatment;the clinical effects,platelet count,hemoglobin changes and adverse drug reactions were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the platelet count and hemoglobin level in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of cardiovascular adverse events and the incidence of cardiovascular adverse events between two groups.Conclusion Clopidogrel combined with rabeprazole sodium has significant effect on the treatment of myocardial infarction with gastrointestinal hemorrhage,with few adverse reactions,and it is worthy of clinical application.
