口腔种植修复与常规修复治疗牙列缺失的疗效比较

Comparison of the efficacy of dental implant restoration and conventional prosthodontics in the treatment of dentition loss

目的比较口腔种植修复与常规修复治疗牙列缺失的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2017年12月至2019年12月于本院口腔科接受治疗的90例牙列缺失患者的临床资料,根据治疗方法的不同分为观察组(n=47)与对照组(n=43)。观察组采用口腔种植修复治疗,对照组采用常规修复治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效及术前、术后3个月牙齿满意度评分。结果观察组临床总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后3个月,两组咀嚼功能、固定功能、美观度及舒适度评分均高于术前,且观察组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论口腔种植修复治疗牙列缺失效果更佳,可提高患者对修复牙齿的满意度,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of dental implant restoration and conventional restoration in the treatment of dentition loss.Methods Retrospective analysis was performed on the clinical data of 90 patients with dental loss who received treatment in the Department of Stomatology of our hospital from December 2017 to December 2019.According to the different treatment methods,they were divided into observation group(n=47)and control group(n=43).The observation group received oral implant prosthodontics,and the control group received conventional prosthodontics.The clinical efficacy and dental satisfaction scores before and 3 months after operation were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical efficiency of the observation group was higher than than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3 months after the operation,scores of masticatory function,fixation function,aesthetic degree and comfort level and scores of dental satisfaction in both groups were higher than those before surgery,and the observation group were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Dental implant restoration is more effective in the treatment of dentition loss and can improve patients'satisfaction with tooth restoration,which is worthy of clinical application.
