摘要
南水北调中线工程是我国战略性工程.如何更好的将南水北调核心水源区打造成青山常在、绿水长流、空气常新的美丽区域,经济社会发展、人民幸福安康,做到一库清水永续北送,是摆在水源区各级政府和老百姓面前的重大课题.构建了南水北调核心水源区绿色发展绩效评价体系,设计算法,给出程序.基于十堰市近5年统计年鉴的数据计算出体系中各个指标的权重,并根据结果,给地方政府提出了合理的建议.
The South-to-North Water Diversion is a strategic project in China.How to better build the area of core water source into a beautiful area with even greener mountains and water,and even fresher air,so that economy and society develop,people are happy and prosperous and that one reservoir of clear water can be sent to the north forever,is a major issue faced by governments at all levels and the ordinary people in the area.This paper constructs a performance evaluation system for green development in the area,designs algorithms and gives procedures.Based on the data of Shiyan City's statistical yearbooks for the past five years,the weight of each indicator in the system was calculated,and based on the results,reasonable suggestions were proposed.
