地方院校大学生音乐表演焦虑干预机制研究--以汉江师范学院学生为例

On the Intervention Mechanism of Music Performance Anxiety of CollegeStudents in Local Colleges--Taking the Students in Hanjiang Normal University as an Example

地方院校大学生音乐专业基础往往偏弱,学习时间偏短,公开表演次数偏少,更普遍地面临音乐表演焦虑问题.以汉江师范学院学生为例,研究地方院校音乐表演焦虑的干预机制,对同类地方院校大学生具有重要的参考意义.研究对象包含183名大学生,主要使用调查问卷收集数据,并使用SPSS23.0进行数据分析.结果显示,近端躯体焦虑、担心/畏惧自我/审查、表演前后思考和生物脆弱主要导致了学生的音乐表演焦虑.可根据四个因子的特点,从三个维度构建音乐表演焦虑干预机制.

Undergraduates in local colleges and universities often have weak foundation in Music Majors,short study time,and few public performances.Therefore,they are more generally faced with music performance anxiety.Taking the students of Hanjiang Normal University as an example,studying the intervention mechanism of music performance anxiety in local colleges and universities has important reference value for college students in similar local colleges.The research involves 183 participants from Music Majors.Data were collected by questionnaires,and SPSS23.0 was used in the analysis.The results indicated that four factors were the main causes of students’anxiety in music performance:proximal somatic anxiety,worry/dread focused on self/other scrutiny,anxious apprehension,and biological vulnerability.According to the characteristics of the four factors,a music performance anxiety intervention mechanism can be constructed from three dimensions.
