摘要 随着我国教育改革的进程加快,中学英语教学迎来了新的机遇,如何高效提升中学英语教学质量与优化学生间竞争环境已为各中学着重关注.在此轮教学改革过程中很多中学在英语教学中引入了英语教学督导机制,通过分析英语教学督导在教学实践中的应用与意义、所遭遇的困境,提出从中学教育的基础性、全面性等特征来找准切入点,点面结合,改进中学英语教学督导,推进中学英语教学改革. With the progress of education reform in China,China middle-school English teaching has also met new opportunities.Improving the middle-school English teaching quality and optimizing the competitive environment among students has become a common focus.This paper,through introducing English teaching supervision,studied the application,significance and the difficulties of English teaching supervision in teaching practice,proposed to improve middle-school English teaching supervision and promote the middle school English teaching reform from the perspective of the basic and comprehensive characteristics.
