中西医治疗难治性癌痛的研究进展

Research Progress of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Refractory Cancer Pain

难治性癌痛的肿瘤患者生活质量无法得到保障,如何有效地干预及管理难治性癌痛,是医护人员需要面对及积极处理的重要难题。随着中医药的综合发展,国内外有研究表明中医药联合化疗可以进一步提高包括乳腺癌、肺癌在内的多种肿瘤的抗肿瘤效果,并减轻化疗的不良反应。此外,对于难治性癌痛,中西医治疗取得了不错的成效。文章重点介绍中医对难治性癌痛的辨证论治思路、国内外中西医治疗难治性癌痛的研究进展。

The quality of life of cancer patients with refractory cancer pain can not be guaranteed.How to effectively intervene and manage refractory cancer pain is an important problem for medical staff to face and actively deal with.With the comprehensive development of traditional Chinese medicine,studies at home and abroad have shown that traditional Chinese medicine combined with chemotherapy can further improve the anti-tumor effect of a variety of tumors,including breast cancer and lung cancer,and reduce the adverse reactions of chemotherapy.In addition,for refractory cancer pain,Chinese and western medicine treatment has also achieved good results.This article focuses on the TCM treatment of refractory cancer pain based on syndrome differentiation,and the research progress of Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of refractory cancer pain at home and abroad.
