“PTEBL”教学法在壮医方药学教学中的临床运用

摘要 目的:与传统教学模式比较,对"PTEBL"(Problem-, team-and evidence-based learning)教学法在壮医方药学教学中的应用进行探讨其效应和优势。方法:应用随机数字表将2018年9月至2019年9月广西中医药大学在广西国际壮医医院壮医专业的实习轮转学生60名随机分为观察组、对照组,每组各30例,观察组拟"PTEBL"教学模式,对照组拟"传统"教学模式,分别通过出科考核成绩和实习教学满意度考察问卷评估临床教学效应和优势。结果:出科成绩和满意度结果中,观察组满意度(采用"PTEBL"教学模式)均高于对照组满意度(采用传统教学模式)(P<0.01)。结论:"PTEBL"教学模式教学效应和优势及反馈均优于传统教学模式,PTEBL在壮医方药学临床教学中实操值得广大同仁运用和推广。 Objective: Compared with the traditional teaching mode, the effect and advantages of "PTEBL"(Problem-, team-and evidence-based learning) teaching method in the teaching of Zhuang medical prescriptionpharmacy were discussed. Methods: 60 students of Zhuang medicine major of Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Guangxi International Zhuang Medical Hospital from September 2018 to September 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 30 cases in each group. The observation group adopted the "PTEBL" teaching mode, while the control group adopted the "traditional" teaching mode. The clinical teaching effect and advantages were evaluated by the examination results and the satisfaction questionnaire of internship teaching. Results: In terms of course performance and degree of satisfaction, the degree of satisfaction of the observation group(using "PTEBL" teaching mode) was higher than that of the control group(using traditional teaching mode)(P < 0.01). Conclusion: The teaching effect, advantages and feedback of "PTEBL" teaching mode are better than the traditional teaching mode. PTEBL is worthy of being applied and promoted by the majority of colleagues in the clinical teaching of Zhuang medical prescriptionpharmacy.
