超高频矩形波激励下磁性元件磁心损耗模型

MSE Model of Inductance under Rectangular Wave Excitation

摘要 针对矩形波激励下电感磁心损耗难以精确量化的问题,本文建立交流功率法测量系统,测量正弦波激励下电感磁心损耗,拟合出正弦波激励下磁心损耗SE模型。基于MSE模型,研究了高频矩形波激励下,电感电压上升沿和下降沿对磁心损耗的影响,建立了更为精确的MSE方程。 To solve the problem that it is difficult to accurately quantify the inductance core loss under rectangular wave excitation,an AC power method measurement system was established in this paper to measure the inductance core loss under sinusoidal wave excitation and to fit the SE model of the core loss under sinusoidal wave excitation.Based on THE MSE model,the influence of the rising and falling edges of inductance voltage on the core loss under high frequency rectangular wave excitation is studied,and a more accurate MSE equation is established.
