Causes and Countermeasures of Sugarcane Area Decline in Yingjiang County in 2019

结合当前盈江县甘蔗产业发展趋势,在统计分析的基础上,分析盈江蔗区2019年甘蔗面积下滑的主要原因为:产业争地矛盾突出、甘蔗虫害严重、劳动力紧缺和人工成本上涨等,建议结合盈江甘蔗生产实际,加大政府宏观调控力度,应用好“国家糖料甘蔗良种良法技术推广补贴”,提高良种率,加大高产丰产技术的推广培训应用力度,加快甘蔗机械化的应用推广普及,以遏制盈江县甘蔗面积下滑的势头,政策倾斜、科技兴蔗、良种兴蔗才是巩固和稳定盈江蔗糖产业的重要途径。

Combined with the current development trend of sugarcane industry in Yingjiang County and on the basis of statistical analysis,the main reasons for the decline of sugarcane area in 2019 in Yingjiang County were as follows:the conflict between industries over land,the serious pest of sugarcane,the shortage of labor force and the increase of labor cost,etc.Combined with the reality of Yingjiang sugarcane production,we suggested that it would increase the intensity of the government macroeconomic regulation and control,make good use of“national subsidies for the popularization of techniques for improving sugarcane varieties”,raise the rate of improved varieties,increase the popularization and training of high-yield and high-yield techniques,and speed up the popularization and application of mechanization of sugarcane,in order to curb the decline of sugarcane acreage in Yingjiang County.It was an important way to consolidate and stabilize the sugarcane industry in Yingjiang County.
