摘要
主要从甘蔗根腐病的发生与分布、病原菌分离与鉴定、致病菌的种类及特点、接种方法、防治策略、绿色荧光蛋白(GFP)在研究病原菌侵染过程中应用、病原入侵后关键节点分析等对国内外甘蔗根腐病研究现状进行综述,并提出抗病育种和未来甘蔗根腐病综合防治的研究方向。
In this paper,the research status of sugarcane root rot at home and abroad was reviewed from the occurrence and distribution of sugarcane root rot,isolation and identification of pathogens,types and characteristics of pathogens,inoculation methods,control strategies,application of GFP in the study of pathogenic mechanism,key nodes after pathogen invasion and transcriptome analysis of key nodes.The research directions of disease resistance breeding and integrated control of sugarcane root rot in the future were put forward.
