摘要
甘蔗光合自养生根技术是近年来较为流行的一种新型的试管苗生根方法,本文在配方处理的基础上,研究了日叠加气温对不同配方处理的甘蔗光合自养生根试管苗的影响,尝试通过模型方程直观反应出日叠加气温对甘蔗试管苗的影响。研究结果表明,甘蔗光合自养生根技术处理过的甘蔗试管苗具有较好的瓶外生根能力,后期生根率普遍达到70%以上,而CK仅有23%的生根率,差异明显。通过气象数据与生根率的相关性分析发现,日叠加气温对各处理的生根率相关度达到了0.733,相关性较强。2018年6月7~16日近9日内,气温变化较为平稳,这种平稳体现在甘蔗生根率的不断爬升,进而能得出较为合适的数学模型。因此可以对处理-日叠加气温-生根率进行分析,得出了方程为Y=-0.065857x+0.000069z-0.247371,其中甘蔗自养生根假植苗生根率与自养生根配方中的IBA浓度呈负相关,与NAA浓度呈正相关,与日叠加气温呈正相关。
Sugarcane photosynthetic rooting technology is more popular in recent years a new type of tube seedlings rooting method.On the basis of the formula processing,the effect of stack temperature on sugarcane root tube seedlings treated with different formulas was studied in this paper.The model equation was put forward,to explain the influence of stack temperature on sugarcane tube seedlings.Through the statistical analysis of photosynthetic autotrophic rooting agents treated with different treatments and the daily superposition temperature.The results showed that the sugarcane test-tube seedlings treated with photosynthetic autotrophic rooting technology had better rooting ability out of bottle,and the rooting rate in the later period generally reached more than 70%,while the rooting rate of CK was only 23%,the difference was obvious;Through the correlation analysis of meteorological data and rooting rate,it was found that the correlation between daily superimposed air temperature and rooting rate of each treatment reached 0.733,which showed a strong correlation.In the recent 9 days of June 7~16,2018,the temperature change was relatively stable,which was reflected in the continuous climbing of the rooting rate of sugarcane,and a more appropriate mathematical model could be obtained.Therefore,the treatment-daily superposition temperature-rooting rate could be analyzed,and the equation was obtained as follows:y=-0.065857x+0.000069z-0.247371.Among them,the rooting rate of sugarcane autotrophic rooting pseudo seedlings was negatively correlated with IBA concentration of autotrophic rooting formula weight,positively correlated with NAA concentration,and positively correlated with the daily superposition temperature.
