摘要
旅行社业的经营效率影响着旅游经济的发展。通过DEA模型方法对我国旅行社业在国内旅游市场、入境旅游市场和出境旅游市场的经营效率进行分析,发现我国旅行社业在三大市场的经营是非均衡发展的。旅行社业在国内旅游市场和出境旅游市场的经营效率较多受到规模制约,在入境旅游市场的经营效率则更多受到技术上资源配置水平的制约。为此,可从打好技术与规模的组合拳、优化行业环境、打通供应链等方面入手提升旅行社经营效率。
The operational efficiency of travel agency industry affects the development of tourism economy.By using the DEA model method to analyze the operational efficiency of Chinese travel agency industry in the domestic,inbound and outbound tourism market,it is found that the development of Chinese travel agency industry in the three major markets is unbalanced.The operating efficiency in the domestic and outbound tourism markets of travel agency industry is more subjected to the constraint of the scale,and the efficiency of inbound tourism market is restricted by the allocation of technical resources.It is possible to promote the operational efficiency of travel agency industry by combining technology and scale,optimizing industry environment,smoothing supply chain and etc..
