摘要
针对企业岗位等级综合评价中的模糊性与随机性的不确定性问题,为了提高岗位等级的评价准确度引入能够同时处理模糊性与随机性的云模型作为数据整合与推理的模型,同时构建了较为通用的岗位等级评价指标体系,将4个一级评价指标细化为15个二级评价指标。采用比层次分析法更方便快捷的G1法赋权,将G1赋权与云模型结合对某企业的两个岗位进行了评价,等出了岗位等级,同时同级岗位之间的差异也可用云模型显示出来,为企业安排人员提供了参考,同时整个评价过程可视化程度高,具有较好的适用性。
For the uncertainty of fuzzy and random problems in the comprehensive evaluation,the cloud model can handle the fuzzy and random as the data integration and inference,and a common evaluation index system was constructed and the four primary evaluation indexes were refined into 15 secondary evaluation indexes.Using the G1 method empowerment,which is more convenient and fast than the hierarchy analysis method,the G1 empowerment and cloud model to evaluate the two positions of an enterprise,so that the difference between the positions at the same level can also be displayed by the cloud model,for the enterprise Industry arrangement personnel provide reference,while the whole evaluation process has a high degree of visualization and has good applicability.
