摘要
污水回用超滤膜污染是污水回用装置稳定运行的难题,采取有效的预处理工艺措施是延缓膜污染,提高污水回用装置产水率的重要途径。通过对混凝剂、助凝剂、杀菌剂的筛选,混凝和杀菌工艺组合实验,并进行中试验证,最终确定了适用于某炼化企业污水回用水质的混凝+杀菌的预处理组合工艺及运行参数。能有效改善进水水质,延缓UF的污堵状况,降低膜通量衰减速度,产水率同比提高17%,并减少浓水排放量,具有较好的经济效益和环保效益。
Ultrafiltration membrane pollution of wastewater reuse is a difficult problem for the stable operation of wastewater reuse plant.Taking effective pretreatment process measures is an important way to delay membrane pollution and improve the water yield of wastewater reuse plant.Through the screening of coagulants,coagulant AIDS and fungicides,the combination experiments of different coagulants and bactericides,and the pilot test verification,the combined pretreatment process of coagulants and bactericides,which is suitable for the wastewater reuse water quality of a refinery and chemical enterprise,and its operating parameters are finally determined.It can effectively improve the water quality of wastewater reuse,delay the fouling and blocking of ultrafiltration membrane,reduce the attenuation rate of membrane flux,increase the water production rate by 17%compared with the same period last year,and reduce the discharge of concentrated water,which has good economic and environmental benefits.
