浙江正大新材料科技股份有限公司(下称浙江正大)甲基四氢苯酐生产工艺虽不涉及强制要求做HAZOP分析,但基于HAZOP分析的优势,公司对安全管理的要求,以及其生产中甲基四氢苯酐合成工段的风险性较大的原因,开展了对甲基四氢苯酐合成工艺开展HAZOP分析。

Although the production process of methyltetrahydrophthalic anhydride of Zhejiang Zhengda New Material Technology Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as Zhejiang Zhengda)does not involve the mandatory HAZOP analysis,but based on the advantages of HAZOP analysis,the company's requirements for safety management,as well as the reason of high risk in the synthesis process of methyltetrahydrophthalic anhydride,HAZOP analysis was carried out in the synthesis process of methyltetrahydrophthalic anhydride.
