摘要
介绍了工业橡胶装置生产低顺式-1,4-聚丁二烯橡胶LCBR的工艺流程、聚合方法,对生产过程中影响聚合反应规律、偶联效率和偶联臂数、乙烯基含量、5%苯乙烯溶液粘度、凝胶含量、门尼黏度及挥发份的因素进行了分析和探讨。生产结果表明:聚合及后处理生产运行平稳,生产的LCBR产品微观结构、乙烯基含量、5%苯乙烯粘度、凝胶含量、门尼黏度及挥发份等各项指标均能够实现稳定控制,满足工业生产要求。LCBR产品具有低凝胶含量和低溶液粘度,产品各项性能均达到控制指标,可广泛应用于高光泽HIPS改性。
The process flow and polymerization method for the production of low cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubber LCBR in industrial rubber equipment are introduced,which affects the law of polymerization reaction,coupling efficiency and the number of coupling arms during the production process,vinyl content,5%styrene solution viscosity,gel content,mooney viscosity and volatile factors were analyzed and discussed.The production results show that the polymerization and post-processing production runs smoothly,and the microstructure,vinyl content,5%styrene viscosity,gel content,mooney viscosity and volatile content of the produced LCBR products can be controlled stably and meet industrial production requirements.LCBR products have low gel content and low solution viscosity,and each performance of the product reaches the control index,and can be widely used in high-gloss HIPS modification.
