海洋平台维修改造项目质量控制探讨

Discussion on Quality Control of Offshore Platform Maintenance and Reconstruction Project

相对于海洋石油平台的陆地建造以及海上安装,每年海上油气田平台维修改造项目数量大、频次多,涉及类目的范围宽泛。基于此,文章围绕海上油气田平台维修改造的质量管理、质量控制进行分析和讨论,站在对比新建平台项目的角度,分析维修改造项目的一些特点,以及质量控制上的难点和薄弱环节,希望以此为海上油气田平台维修改造项目工程质量管理、控制提供一定的参考。

Compared with the onshore construction and offshore installation of offshore oil platform,the number and frequency of offshore oil and gas field platform maintenance and transformation projects are larger each year,involving a wide range of categories.Based on this,this paper analyzes and discusses the quality management and quality control of offshore oil and gas field platform maintenance and reconstruction,and analyzes some characteristics of the maintenance and reconstruction project,as well as the difficulties and weaknesses of quality control from the perspective of comparing the new platform project,hoping to provide some reference for the quality management and control of offshore oil and gas field platform maintenance and reconstruction project.
