摘要
介绍延安石油化工厂轻烃中心2万吨/年废酸再生装置的工艺原理,技术特点及2019年2月份开工运行过程产生的问题及对策。将烷基化来的浓度为92%的废酸转换为98%的新鲜浓硫酸再送至烷基化装置循环使用。尾气达标排放,既保护了环境又节约了成本,达到了可持续发展的目的。
This paper introduces the technological principle,technical characteristics and problems and countermeasures of the 20000 t/a waste acid regeneration unit in Yan’an Petrochemical Plant.The waste acid with a concentration of 92%was converted to 98%fresh concentrated sulfuric acid and sent to the alkylation unit for recycling.The emission of tail gas not only protects the environment but also saves the cost and achieves the goal of sustainable development.
