摘要
在对刚果(金)某混合铜钴矿不同选冶试验进行研究的基础上,对各工艺方案的选矿指标、药剂成本进行了对比与分析。结果表明:浮选硫化矿—氧化粗精矿浸出选冶联合工艺的铜、钴选冶综合回收率分别为85.73%和57.24%,考虑药剂成本后该流程获得的综合经济效益最好。
Based on the different mineral processing&metallurgy experimental study of a certain mixed copper-cobalt ore in the Democratic Republic of Congo,the paper compares and analyzes the mineral processing indexes and reagent cost of each process approach.The result shows that the comprehensive recovery rate of copper-cobalt mineral processing and metallurgy are 85.73%and 57.24%respectively in the combined mineral processing&metallurgical process of flotation sulfide ore and oxidized coarse concentrate leaching,and the comprehensive economic benefits of the process is the best considering the cost of reagents.
