摘要
危险废物焚烧烟气中酸性气体含量高,对生态环境、人体健康和生产安全都会产生不良影响。针对危险废物焚烧烟气的特点,分析了烟气中酸性气体成因、特征,介绍了常见的几种烟气脱酸工艺。以某危险废物处理处置项目为例,分析了“SNCR+半干急冷塔+干式反应器+布袋除尘器+湿式洗涤塔+烟气再热器”的烟气净化复合处理工艺的应用效果。
Hazardous waste incineration the high level of acidic gases in flue gas can have adverse effects on the ecological environment,human health,and production safety.Aiming at the characteristics of incineration of flue gas by hazardous waste,the causes and characteristics of acidic gases in flue gas are analyzed,and several common processes of flue gas deacidification are introduced.The application effect of combined treatment process for flue gas purification of“SNCR+semi dry flash and cold column+dry reactor+cloth bag precipitator+wet washing column+flue gas rebreather”is analyzed using some hazardous waste treatment disposal project as an example.
