自贸区背景下黑龙江省林产品进出口贸易浅析

黑龙江省的林产品在国际市场上的竞争力不足,比较优势并不明显,林产品贸易存在巨大逆差。黑龙江省自贸区的建立在降低林产品进口商进口成本方面起到了显著的作用,未来随着黑龙江自贸区的建设与完善,在降低林产品进口关税和通关难度方面都会发挥极大的优势。但从实证结果来看,由于自贸区建立的时间较短,对林产品出口的作用并不是很明显。当前,黑龙江省应该改变以往的林业经济发展模式,积极地进行林产品深加工,增加其附加值与科技含量,林产品进出口商应该把握住自贸区为林产品进出口贸易带来的机遇与便利,挖掘尚未开发的新市场,并以技术创新驱动林产品升级,帮助企业提高生产能力、降低成本,从而促进黑龙江省林产品进出口贸易的发展。

The competitiveness of forest products of Heilongjiang province is not strong in the international market,and the comparative advantage is not obvious.As a result,there is a huge deficit in forest product trade.The establishment of Heilongjiang Free Trade Zone has played a significant role in reducing the import cost for forest products importers.In the future,with the construction and improvement of Heilongjiang Free Trade Zone,it will play a great advantage in reducing the import tariff and customs clearance difficulty of forest products.However,from the empirical results,as the establishment of the free trade zone is still in a short time,the effect on the export of forest products is not very obvious.At present,Heilongjiang Province should change the previous mode of forestry economic development,actively carry out deep processing of forest products,and increase their added value and scientific and technological content.Forest products importers and exporters should seize the opportunities and convenience brought by the free trade zone,tap new markets that have not yet been developed,and use technological innovation to drive the upgrading of forest products,so as to improve their production capacity,reduce costs and promote the development of import and export trade of forest products in Heilongjiang Province.
