增强“消费”对经济发展基础性作用研究——以辽宁省为例

Strengthening the Basic Role of“Consumption”in Economic Development:a Case Study of Liaoning Province

疫情时代经济增长依靠经济内循环为主大背景下,增强“消费”对经济发展的基础性作用尤其重要,但理论界此方面的研究较少。通过对消费拉动辽宁经济增长存在问题进行分析,得出“增强”消费对辽宁经济增长基础性作用的对策建议。

Under the background that economic growth in the era of epidemic relies mainly on internal economic circulation,strengthening the basic role of"consumption"is particularly important for economic development.However,there are few studies on this aspect in the theoretical circle.Based on the analysis of the problems in the consumption-driven economic growth in Liaoning Province,the study puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to"strengthen"the basic role of consumption in the economic growth of Liaoning Province.
