土壤含水率对刺榆种子萌发的影响

摘要 为探究不同土壤含水率对刺榆种子萌发特性的影响,在实验室条件下进行种子发芽试验,揭示其种子萌发的适宜水分条件和变化规律。结果表明:刺榆种子在土壤相对含水率13%~95%范围内均能发芽,随土壤含水率的增加,种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和活力指数表现出先增加后下降的趋势。土壤相对含水率60%条件下,刺榆种子的发芽率最高,达70%以上,种子发芽活力最强,幼苗生长表现也最好。土壤相对含水率低于或高于60%,刺榆种子的发芽率和幼苗生长量均降低,当土壤相对含水率95%接近饱和时,种子的发芽率、发芽活力及幼苗生长量均最低。 The germination experiment of Hemiptelea davidii seeds was carried out under laboratory conditions for exploring the effects of different soil water content on the germination characteristics of seeds,and to reveal the suitable water conditions and changing characteristics for seed germination.The results showed that H.davidii seeds could germinate in the range of soil relative water content from 13%to 95%,with the increase of soil water content,the germination rate,germination energy,germination index and viability index increased at first and then decreased.When soil water content was 60%,the germination rate of H.davidii seeds was the highest,and when soil water content was more than 70%,the germination viability of seeds was the strongest,and the growth of seedlings was the best.When the relative water content of soil was lower or higher than 60%,the germination rate of seeds and seedling growth decreased.When the relative water content of soil was 95%,which was close to saturation,the seed germination rate,germination viability and seedling growth were the lowest.
