植物提取物作为水产动物饲料添加剂的应用进展

Application Progress on Plant Extracts in Aquatic Animal Feed Additives

近年来,我国对水产养殖业越来越关注,要求水产养殖业更重视对水域环境的保护。与此同时,抗生素等药物滥用的一系列后果迫使水产养殖业亟需找到一系列环保且有效的抗生素替代物。植物提取物作为一种安全无污染的饲料添加剂越来越受到人们的青睐。众多的研究表明,在养殖效果上植物源的饲料添加剂不仅能有效地促进生长、增强免疫力、改善品质以及降低应激反应等,更重要的是植物提取物对水域环境友好,能维持并改善水域生态的平衡。文章就植物提取物在水产饲料添加剂方面的应用展开论述,以期为饲料添加剂的研究和利用提供参考。

In recent years,the environmental protection has become a hot issue of researches in aquacul⁃ture.Finding an environmentally friendly and effective substitute is more urgent in the case of drug abuse,such as antibiotics.Plant extracts are become more and more welcomed ecause of its safe and pol⁃lution-free characteristics.Numerous studies have shown that feed additives from plants can effectively promote the growth rate,immunity and reduce the stress response of aquatic animals.Moreover,plant ex⁃tracts are environmentally friendly and can maintain and improve the ecological balance of the aquacul⁃ture environment.The application of plant extracts in aquatic animal feed additives were discusseel in or⁃der to provide references for researches and utility of feed additives.
