饲用植物甘草粗提物HPLC特征图谱的建立 被引量:1

摘要 为更好地控制植物粗提物的质量品质,构建饲用植物甘草(Glycyrrhiza)粗提物的特征图谱。采用HPLC-PDA法,以乙腈和0.05%磷酸水为流动相,建立甘草粗提物分析方法,检测34批不同来源甘草粗提物,从而建立甘草粗提物特征图谱。利用聚类分析法,分析不同来源甘草品质的关联性。建立饲用植物甘草粗提物的特征图谱,共确定8个共有峰,确定了色谱峰2、色谱峰3和色谱峰5分别为芹糖甘草苷、甘草苷和甘草酸;聚类分析将34批不同产地的甘草分成4大类。试验建立的不同来源的甘草粗提物特征图谱具有良好的精密度、重复性和稳定性,能够对甘草进行品质评价。 Construct HPLC characteristic map of forage plant Glycyrrhiza,and establish the quality eval⁃uation method of Glycyrrhiza.HPLC-PDA method was used to analyze the crude extracts of Glycyrrhiza.The mobile phases were acetonitrile and 0.05%phosphoric acid water.Thirty-four batches of licorice crude extracts from different sources were detected.The characteristic Atlas of the crude extracts of Glyc⁃yrrhiza was established.The correlation of the quality of Glycyrrhiza from different sources was analyzed by cluster analysis.The characteristic map of crude extracts of Glycyrrhiza was established.The results showed that eight common peaks were identified,the chromatographic peaks 2,3 and 5 were apigenin,liquiritin and glycyrrhizic acid,respectively;cluster analysis showed that 34 batches of Glycyrrhiza from different sources were divided into four groups.In this study,the characteristic maps of Glycyrrhiza crude extracts from different sources had good precision,repeatability and stability,which could be used to evaluate the quality of Glycyrrhiza.
