摘要
研究了亚铁离子对游离棉酚的摩尔比、酸度、反应时间和温度与棉籽粕中游离棉酚的残留量关系。结果表明,硫酸亚铁的补充能快速降低棉籽粕中的游离棉酚残留。2 h的反应时间可确保棉酚铁复合物的形成。当物料pH<2.0时,在棉籽粕中检出高含量的游离棉酚残留归因于部分结合棉酚(BG)向游离棉酚(FG)转化。此外,高酸性环境也不利于棉酚铁复合物的形成。当物料pH≥2.0时,结合棉酚的化学性质稳定,难以转化为游离棉酚。
Effects of molar ratio of ferrous ions to free gossypol(FG),acidity,reaction time and tempera⁃ture on residues of FG in the cottonseed meal(CSM)were investigated in this paper.The results indicat⁃ed that supplementation of ferrous sulfate favored to decrease residue of FG in CSM.The 2 h reaction of ferrous ions with FG in CSM was enough for formation of iron-gossypol complex.When pH value was be⁃low 2.0,higher residue of FG in CSM was found owing to conversion of bound gossypol(BG)to FG.Fur⁃thermore,the formation of iron-gossypol complex was significantly inhibited.When the feed pH value was above 2.0,BG was stable and had not easily been disintegrated into FG.
