通过对3起危险化学品火灾爆炸事故的案例进行分析,研究导致火灾爆炸事故发生的原因,探讨火灾爆炸事故的主要特点。揭示了不正当储存危险化学品的严重危害,剖析了其中存在的问题,以风险管理为切入点,提出建立风险管理预警机制、加强安全和技能培训、明确风险责任人的防范措施,切实保证安全生产。

Through the analysis of three chemical fire explosion accidents,the causes of were studied and the main characteristics of the fire and explosion accidents were discussed.This research revealed the serious hazards of improper storage of dangerous chemicals and analyzed the existing problems.After taking the risk management as the starting point,the establishment of risk management early warning mechanism was put forward,safety skills training was strengthened and the preventive measures of risk responsible persons,so as to ensure the production safety.
