摘要 我国畜禽养殖业不断发展,越来越多的动物产品及其制品作为商品进入市场,出现在人们的餐桌上,新疆是畜牧业生产大省,有着得天独厚的地理条件,想要提升牛产品或制品的质量,需进行牛品种改良工作。该文分别阐述肉牛和奶牛品种改良的意义,介绍牛品种改良的方法和人工授精技术要点。 With the continuous development of China's livestock and poultry breeding industry,more and more animal products and their products enter the market as commodities and appear on people's dinner tables.Xinjiang is a major animal husbandry producing province with unique geographical conditions,to improve the quality of cattle products or products,cattle breed improvement is required.This paper expounds the significance of beef cattle and dairy cattle breed improvement,introduces the methods of beef cattle breed improvement and the main points of artificial insemination technology.
