加强基层动物防疫体系建设措施

Measures to Strengthen the Construction of Animal Epidemic Prevention System at the Grass-roots Level

加快构建完善的基层动物防疫体系,是推动现代畜牧养殖产业健康发展的重要动力,也是保证一个区域动物养殖安全、动物身体健康、维护广大消费者身心健康的重要举措。近年,新型传染性疾病不断在养殖领域被引入,很多疾病表现的症状十分复杂,兽医在疾病诊断过程中面临较大挑战。通过构建完善的动物防疫体系,能及时发现动物养殖过程中所存在的诸多问题,及时采取措施将其处置,提高疫病防控成效,避免传染性疾病爆发流行,威胁当地畜牧养殖安全。该文主要探讨陕西省兴平市基层动物防疫体系建设现状,并论述其中存在的问题,提出相应的建设措施。

Speeding up the construction of a sound animal epidemic prevention system at the grass-roots level is an important driving force for the healthy development of the modern animal husbandry and breeding industry,it is also an important measure to ensure the safety of animal breeding,the health of animals and the physical and mental health of consumers.In recent years,new infectious disease have been introduced in the field of aquaculture,and the symptoms of many diseases are very complex.Veterinarians are faced with great challenges in the diagnosis of diseases.By constructing perfect animal epidemic prevention system,many problems in animal breeding can be found in time,and measures can be taken to deal with them in time,so as to improve the effect of epidemic prevention and control,and avoid the outbreak of infectious disease,threatening the safety of local livestock farming.This paper mainly discusses the current situation of animal epidemic prevention system in Xingping,Shaanxi province,and discusses the existing problems and puts forward the corresponding construction measures.
