小四五汤治疗痛风性关节炎的疗效及对疼痛的缓解效果

The effect of Xiaosiwu Decoction on gouty arthritis and its pain relief effect

目的评价小四五汤在痛风性关节炎中的治疗效果及对疼痛的缓解效果。方法选取本科室2019年1月至2020年1月诊治的102例痛风性关节炎患者,按照不同疗法分为A组(51例)、B组(51例);A组口服依托考昔,120 mg/次,1次/d,治疗1周;B组温服小四五汤,200 mL/次,1剂/d,治疗1周;治疗后对比两组患者的临床症状(关节肿胀评分、活动受限评分)、疼痛强度(VAS)、C反应蛋白水平以及总体疗效。结果B组治疗后的关节肿胀评分与活动受限评分(0.65±0.18)分、(0.45±0.12)分均低于A组(0.97±0.21)分、(0.70±0.16)分,P<0.05;B组治疗后的VAS评分(2.21±0.83)分低于A组(4.19±1.04)分,P<0.05;B组治疗后的C反应蛋白水平(10.25±2.31)mg/L低于A组(17.69±5.14)mg/L,P<0.05;B组的总有效率(92.2%)高于A组(76.5%),P<0.05。结论小四五汤治疗痛风性关节炎的疗效理想,可明显减轻关节肿胀与活动受限,缓解疼痛,降低C反应蛋白水平,总有效率高,值得临床医生推广使用。

Objective To observe the curative effect of Xiaosiwu Decoction on gouty arthritis and its pain relief effect.Methods The 102 patients with gouty arthritis diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were screened out and divided into group A(51 cases)and group B(51 cases)according to different treatment plans.Group A took Etocoxib orally,120 mg/time,1 time/d for 1 week.Group B took Xiaosiwu Decoction 1h after meals,200 mL/time,1 dose/d for 1 week.The clinical symptoms(ioint swelling score,activity limitation score),pain intensity(VAS),C-reactive protein level,and overall efficacy of the two groups after treatment were compared.Results The joint swelling score and activity limitation score(0.65±0.18 points,0.45±0.12 points)of group B after treatment were lower than those of group A(0.97±0.21 points,0.70±0.16 points),P<0.05.The post-treatment VAS score(2.21±0.83 points)of group B was lower than that of group A(4.19±1.04 points),P<0.05.The level of C-reactive protein(10.25±2.31 mg/L)after treatment in group B was lower than that of group A(17.69±5.14 mg/L),P<0.05.The total effective rate of group B(92.2%)was higher than that of group A(76.5%),P<0.05.Conclusion Xiaosiwu Decoction is effective in treating gouty arthritis.It can significantly reduce joint swelling and activity limitation,relieve pain,and reduce C-reactive protein levels.It has high total effective rate and is worthy of clinicians'popularization.
