中药涂擦预防医疗器械相关性压疮的疗效观察

Observation on curative effect of Chinese medicine rubbing in preventing pressure ulcer associated with medical equipment

目的观察中药涂擦预防医疗器械相关性压疮的疗效。方法选择2018年1月至2019年6月在本院脑病中心住院,入院时压疮Braden风险评估≤18分的120例患者,根据住院先后顺序,采用随机数字表法将受试对象分为观察组与对照组,每组各60例,两组患者均给予预防压疮常规护理措施,观察组以活血化瘀方中药涂擦在医疗器械压迫部位,对照组以水胶体敷料贴敷在医疗器械压迫部位。观察并比较两组患者使用医疗器械例次、医疗器械相关性压疮发生率、发生时间、压疮分期、护理满意度及依从性。结果观察组使用医疗器械272例次,对照组使用医疗器械275例次。观察组医疗器械相关性压疮总发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理总满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组依从性为100.0%,明显高于对照组的89.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药涂擦能有效降低医疗器械相关性压疮的发生率,有较好的临床应用价值。

Objective To observe the curative effect of Chinese medicine rubbing in preventing pressure ulcers associated with medical devices.Methods A total of 120 patients with pressure ulcer Braden risk assessment≤18 points admitted to the encephalopathy center of our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected.According to the order of hospitalization,the subjects were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.Two groups were given routine care measures for preventing pressure ulcers.The observation group applied Huoxue Huayu Recipe Chinese medicine on the compression site of medical devices,and the control group applied hydrocolloid dressing on the medical device compression site.The number of medical devices used,the incidence of medical device-related pressure ulcers,the time of occurrence,the pressure ulcer stage,nursing satisfaction and compliance were observed and compared.Results The observation group used medical devices for 272 times and the control group used medical devices for 275 times.The total incidence of medical device-related pressure ulcers and the severity of pressure ulcers in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The compliance rate in the observation group was 100.0%,which was higher than that of 89.2%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine rubbing can effectively reduce the incidence of medical device-related pressure ulcers and has good clinical application value.
