摘要
老年人是糖尿病高发人群,人住养老机构的糖尿病老年人比例更高,但养老机构医护人员对糖尿病老年人的管理在理念、能力和技术上差别较大。为此,我们制定《中国养老机构老年人血糖规范化管理专家共识》,对入住养老机构的老年人血糖规范化管理提出30条推荐意见,涵盖老年综合评估.分层管理,运动、营养、血糖监测,极高血糖状态的识别和处理、识别大血管及微血管并发症、常用降糖药的管理、跌倒和噎呛等常见老年问题的处理、非糖尿病老年人血糖筛查、低血糖预防和处理、突发重大公共卫生事件或严重自然灾害时血糖管理及远程医疗与智慧医疗的应用等,以期提高养老机构医护人员对老年人血糖管理的水平。
