脉管复康胶囊治疗恢复期气虚血瘀型脑卒中的临床效果及对患者肢体功能恢复的作用

Clinical effect of Maiguan Fukang capsules on convalescent stroke of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type and its effect on recovery of paients’limbs function

目的观察脉管复康胶囊治疗恢复期气虚血瘀型脑卒中的临床效果及对患者肢体功能恢复的作用。方法选取2019年9月至2020年9月湖北省襄阳市中医医院内科门诊收治的气虚血瘀型脑卒中患者88例。完全随机分成观察组与对照组,每组44例。对照组在常规治疗基础上给予甲钴胺注射液静脉滴注治疗;观察组在常规治疗基础上给予脉管复康胶囊口服治疗。2组均治疗2个月。比较2组患者治疗效果、肢体运动功能、平衡功能、日常生活活动能力、神经功能以及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组[93.2%(41/44)比79.5%(35/44)],差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.236,P=0.006)。治疗后2组Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表、Berg平衡量表、改良Barthel指数评分均较治疗前升高、且观察组高于对照组[(51±7)分比(43±6)分、(43.9±2.2)分比(41.1±3.4)分、(60±10)分比(54±10)分],美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分较治疗前降低、且观察组低于对照组[(10±3)分比(20±4)分],差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组[2.3%(1/44)比13.6%(6/44)],差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.278,P=0.002)。结论脉管复康胶囊治疗恢复期气虚血瘀型脑卒中具有较好的临床效果,可以有效加快患者肢体功能康复速度。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Maiguan Fukang capsules on convalescent stroke of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type and its effect on recovery of paients’limbs function.Methods From September2019 to September 2020,88 patients with stroke of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type admitted to Department of Outpatient,Xiangyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Hubei Province were selected.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was given mecobalamin injection intravenous drip on the basis of conventional treatment;the observation group was given Maiguan Fukang capsules orally on the basis of conventional treatment.Both groups were treated for2 months.The treatment effect,limbs motor function,balance function,activities of daily living,nerve function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group[93.2%(41/44)vs 79.5%(35/44)],and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.236,P=0.006).After treatment,Fugl-Meyer motor function rating scale,Berg balance scale and modified Barthel index scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and those of the observation group were higher than those of the control group[(51±7)vs(43±6),(43.9±2.2)vs(41.1±3.4),(60±10)vs(54±10)];the scores of the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and that of the observation group was lower than that of the control group[(10±3)vs(20±4)](all P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group[2.3%(1/44)vs 13.6%(6/44)],and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=9.278,P=0.002).Conclusion Maiguan Fukang capsules has good clinical effect on the treatment of patients with convalescent stroke of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type,which can effectively accelerate the recovery of limbs function.
