甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠耳周穴位注射对低频型突发性耳聋患者的治疗效果

Effect of methylprednisolone sodium succinate for injection at auricular points on patients with low frequency sudden hearing loss

目的探讨甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠耳周穴位注射治疗低频型突发性耳聋(SHL)的效果。方法选取2017年1月至2019年10月于首都医科大学附属北京安贞医院首次确诊为低频型SHL患者48例。按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各24例。观察组耳周穴位注射甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠治疗,对照组鼓室注射甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠治疗。2组均隔日注射1次,共5次,10 d为1个疗程。所有患者辅助耳周按摩。比较2组治疗效果、治疗前后听力情况和空腹血糖变化情况。结果治疗后观察组听力阈值明显低于对照组[(19±7)d B比(27±10)d B],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗总有效率及治疗前后空腹血糖水平比较差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。观察组1例患者半年后症状复发,经同法补充治疗1个疗程后听力恢复,对照组无复发。结论耳周穴位局部注射甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠治疗低频型SHL疗效较好,且对患者血糖水平影响较小。

Objective To investigate the effect of methylprednisolone sodium succinate for injection at auricular points on low-frequency sudden hearing loss(SHL).Methods From January 2017 to October 2019,48 patients with low-frequency SHL admitted to Beijing Anzhen Hospital,Capital Medical University were selected.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 24 cases in each group.The observation group was given methylprednisolone sodium succinate for injection at auricular points,and the control group was given methylprednisolone sodium succinate for injection at tympanum.Two groups were injected once every other day,a total of 5 times,10 d as a course of treatment.All patients were assisted with auricular massage.The treatment effect,hearing and fasting blood glucose before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The hearing threshold of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group[(19±7)d B vs(27±10)d B](P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the total effective rate and fasting blood glucose before and after treatment between the two groups(all P>0.05).One patient in the observation group had symptoms recurrence half a year later,and the hearing recovered after one course of supplementary treatment with the same method,while there was no recurrence in the control group.Conclusion Local injection of methylprednisolone sodium succinate at auricular points has a good effect on low frequency SHL,and it has little effect on blood glucose level.
