摘要
基于“教学研合一”培训理念和培训实践,构建了“三线四段”骨干教师培训模式.该模式从培训的活动视角、导师视角、学员视角厘清了教师培训中的三条逻辑线,即研修活动线、导师导学线、学员研习线;从培训的历程视角构建了包含专题研修、访学研修、实践研修、反思研修的四段程式,揭示了模式中“三线”和“四段”的交融性结构,并提出了契合该模式实施的创新举措,有效激发教师实现“教学研合一”,确保教师培训工作具体落实.
Based on the training concept and practice of“integration of teaching,learning and research”,the training mode based on three logic lines and four phases is constructed.The model clarifies three logic lines in teacher training from the perspectives of activity,tutor and trainee,namely,the lines of research activity,tutor guidance and student learning;from the perspective of training process,a four-phase program including seminars,learning tours,practical researches and reflective researches is constructed,which brings to light the perfect harmony of the 3-Line and 4-Phase structure in the model,and then some innovative measures compatible with the implementation of this model are put forth for the effective prompting of teachers to achieve the“integration of teaching,learning and research”,and thus to ensure the practical implementation of teacher training programs.
