国内长期护理保险的研究现状与反思——基于CNKI的文献计量分析

Current Research Situation and Reflection on Long-Term Care Insurance in China:A Bibliometric Analysis Based on CNKI

通过选取CNKI有关长期护理保险研究的663篇文献,运用CiteSpace文献计量法回顾发文量变化情况、绘制出关键词聚类知识图谱、统计出发文机构的分布情况、呈现出研究热点变迁的时序图.结果表明:长期护理保险研究越来越受到重视;研究主题在不断拓展;研究机构分布不均;研究内容大致经历了三个阶段;与长期护理保险相关的制度、人口老龄化、长期护理、失能、筹资等已经成为学者们研究的重点和热点.通过分析梳理发现,目前对其基础性研究还不充分,农村失能老人护理研究尚未引起重视等.未来长期护理保险研究也应拓宽领域,如在长期护理保险体系研究、长期护理保险与医疗保险的互动研究、长期护理保险成本收益研究、护理服务与劳动力供给研究等方面广泛展开.

A total of 663 articles about long-term care insurance research are selected from CNKI.CiteSpace is adopted to review the change of the amount of published documents and draw the knowledge map of keyword clustering and count the distribution of the document-publishing institutions and present the time sequence chart of the change of research hot spots.The results showed that the research of long-term care insurance was attracting increasingly greater attention;the research topic was expanding,the research institutions were unevenly distributed,and the research content generally underwent three stages.The system,population aging,long-term care,disability and financing which are closely related to long-term care insurance have become the focus and hot spots of scholars’research;meanwhile,through analysis and sorting out,it is found that some of the basic research is far from enough at present,and the research on rural disabled elderly has not yet been paid adequate attention to,and the future research on long-term care insurance should be broadened in terms of research scope,such as the research on long-term care insurance system,the research on the interaction between long-term care insurance and medical insurance,the cost-benefit research of long-term care insurance,the research on nursing service and labor supply,etc.
