摘要
文中提出一种新型传感器布置形式的测力仪结构,适用铣削、钻削等过程中动态切削力的测量。基于石英晶片不同切型的特点,提出了一种新的测量方式,设计了2种传感器布置形式。对测力仪原理进行分析,建立输入与输出之间的理论输出模型。分别对2种测力仪进行静态性能标定实验,结果表明:2种布置形式的测力仪的线性度和重复性误差均小于1%,并轴向灵敏度高,静态性能良好,满足测试要求。对2种测力仪进行3个方向多加载点加载实验,实验结果表明2种测力仪均能够测得工作台上表面内不同位置、不同方向的矢量力,并且面域内不同点输出误差较小。2种测力仪的灵敏度较高,静态性能良好,满足使用要求。
A dynamometer structure with new layout of sensors was proposed for dynamic vector force measurement during milling and drilling.Based on the characteristics of different cutting types of quartz chip,a new measuring method was proposed,and two new sensor layout forms were designed.This paper analyzed the principles of two kinds of dynamometer and established the theoretical output model between inputs and outputs.The static calibration experiment of the two dynamometers was carried out.The results show that the linearity and repeatability errors of the two dynamometers with new sensors’arrangement are less than 1%,and the axial sensitivity is high,and static performance is good which meets the test requirements.The multi-point loading experiment in three directions was carried out for two dynamometers.The experimental results show that the two dynamometers can measure the vector forces in different positions and directions on the surface of the worktable,and the output error of different points in the surface domain is small.The two dynamometers have high sensitivity,good static performance and meet the requirements of use.
