摘要 针对目前煤矿微震采集平台大多引进国外,且存在价格昂贵、通用性差等问题,设计了一种基于STM32与LabVIEW的煤矿微震采集平台。该平台由数据采集电路和微震信号显示软件组成,数据采集电路以STM32F107作为主控制芯片,采用可编程芯片CS3301、CS5372、CS5376组成调理电路,实现对微震传感器输出信号的采集和调理;微震信号显示软件利用LabVIEW平台进行搭建,应用并行循环和队列技术,构建数据的采集、解析、储存、回放和显示5个模块,实现了对微震数据的实时采集与显示。试验结果表明,该系统采集范围广,可实时准确的采集并记录多路微震信号,且具有较好的可靠性和通用性,开发成本低,为微震事件的识别与定位提供了解决方案。 Aiming at the problems such as high price and poor universality,which are mostly introduced into foreign countries at present,a mine microseismic acquisition platform based on STM32 and LabVIEW was designed.The platform was composed of data acquisition circuit and microseismic signal display software.The data acquisition circuit took STM32F107 as the main control chip,and programmable chips CS3301,CS5372,CS5376 as the conditioning circuit to achieve the acquisition and conditioning of the output signal of the microseismic sensor.The microseismic signal display software was built using the LabVIEW platform,and used parallel loop and queue technology to construct five modules of data collection,analysis,storage,playback and display,which realized the real-time collection and display of microseismic data.The test results show that the system has a wide acquisition range,can accurately collect and record multiple microseismic signals in real time,and has good reliability and versatility.The development cost is low,which lays the foundation for the identification and location of microseismic events.
