摘要 为了实时准确地监测和评价插电式混合动力汽车(PHEV)电池的工作状态,设计了一种基于CAN总线并可用于电池检测诊断的数据监测系统。首先根据系统功能需求以及确定的电池诊断参数,确定了硬件系统的整体架构,并基于DS2438芯片和MC9S08DZ60主控芯片分别构建了数据采集模块和通信控制模块的硬件系统。然后在分析了CAN2.0B的应用层通信协议以及通讯信息的基础上,提出了报文设计的具体格式。由此,基于LabVIEW对上位机软件进行了设计,实现了CAN总线信息的收发、解析及显示的功能。最后,通过一组实验验证了系统的可行性。 In order to accurately monitor and evaluate the working status of plug-in hybrid electric vehicle(PHEV)batteries in real time,a data monitoring system based on CAN bus that can be used for battery detection and diagnosis was designed.First,according to the system function requirements and the determined battery diagnostic parameters,the overall architecture of the hardware system was determined,and the hardware systems of the data acquisition module and the communication control module were constructed based on the DS2438 chip and the MC9S08DZ60 main control chip.Then,based on the analysis of CAN2.0B application layer communication protocol and communication information,the specific format of the message design was proposed.As a result,the host computer software was designed based on LabVIEW,and the functions of CAN bus information sending and receiving,analysis and display were realized.Finally,a set of experiments verified the feasibility of the system.
