益气活血方对创伤性颈髓损伤患者肠功能保护作用的临床研究

Clinical Study on Protection of Yiqi Huoxue Decoction(益气活血方)on Intestinal Function in Patients with Traumatic Cervical Spinal Cord Injury

目的:观察中药益气活血方对创伤性颈髓损伤患者肠功能的保护作用。方法:86例创伤性颈髓损伤患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组采用西医常规治疗,治疗组在常规西医治疗基础上加用中药益气活血方,观察两组治疗前后不同时间点二胺氧化酶(DAO)、内毒素(ET)、D-乳酸、腹内压、急性生理学与慢性健康状况评分系统Ⅱ评分(APACHEⅡ评分)及肠功能评分的变化情况。结果:与对照组同一时间点比较,治疗组治疗后3 d的ET、肠功能评分及治疗后7d的DAO、ET、D-乳酸、腹内压、APACHEⅡ评分、肠功能评分均明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:益气活血方对创伤性颈髓损伤患者的肠功能具有保护作用。

Objective: To observe the protective effect of Yiqi Huoxue Decoction on intestinal function in patients with traumatic cervical spinal cord injury.Methods: 86 patients with traumatic cervical spinal cord injury were randomly divided into control groups and treatment groups. The control group treated with Western medicine therapy,the treatment group added traditional Chinese medicine to promote blood circulation on the basis of conventional Western medicine treatment. The changes of DAO, ET, D-lactic acid, abdominal pressure,APACHE Ⅱ score and intestinal function score were observed at different time points before and after treatment.Results: Compared with the control group at the same time,the ET level and intestinal function score on the 3rdday and DAO,ET,D-lactic acid levels,abdominal pressure,APACHE Ⅱ,and intestinal function scores on the 7thday were significantly reduced in the treatment group( P<0. 05).Conclusion: Yiqi Huoxue Decoction has a very good protective effect on the intestinal function of traumatic cervical spinal cord injury patients.
