微波辐射对雄性小鼠睾丸损伤与性激素的影响及补肾疗法的干预作用 被引量:1

Effects of Microwave Radiation on Testicular Injury and Sex Hormone in Male Mice and Intervention of Tonifying Kidney Therapy

摘要 目的:探讨微波辐射对雄性小鼠睾丸损伤与性激素的影响及补肾代表方金匮肾气丸的疗效。方法:以2450 MHz微波建立BALB/C雄性小鼠生殖功能障碍模型。30只BALB/C雄小鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、肾气丸组,每组10只。模型组与肾气丸组辐射造模。正常组、模型组喂饲0.9%NaCl溶液,肾气丸组喂饲0.2 g/kg金匮肾气丸药液,给药18 d。观察小鼠性行为指标CIP、CT;HE染色观察小鼠睾丸组织病理变化;ELISA法方法检测小鼠血清T、E_(2)、LH、FSH、PRL水平及睾丸组织T、E_(2)水平,ELISA法检测睾丸组织IL-6、IL-1β含量。结果:与正常组比较,模型组小鼠CIP显著升高、CT显著降低(P<0.05);睾丸组织病理显示睾丸微环境损伤,睾丸组织T虽无显著改变(P>0.05),但血清T显著降低(P<0.05),血清LH、FSH、PRL无显著改变(P>0.05);睾丸组织IL-6显著升高(P<0.05),IL-1β无显著改变(P>0.05)。与模型组比较,肾气丸组小鼠CIP显著降低、CT显著升高(P<0.05);睾丸组织微环境正常,睾丸组织T显著升高,血清T及LH显著升高(P<0.05),血清PRL无显著改变(P>0.05);睾丸组织IL-6及IL-1β皆显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:金匮肾气丸对微波辐射对雄性小鼠睾丸损伤具有保护作用,并提高睾酮水平。 Objective:To investigate the effects of microwave radiation on testicular injury and sex hormone in male mice and the curative effect of Shenqi Pill,the representative prescription of supplementing the kidney.Methods:BALB/C male mouse model of reproductive dysfunction was established with 2450 MHz microwave.30 BALB/C male mice were randomly divided into 3 groups,normal control,model and Shernqi Pill groups,10 mice in each group.Mice in model and Shernqi Pill groups were modeled by radiation.Normal and model group s mice were fed with 0.9%NaCl solution,and Shenqi Pill mice were fed with Jingui Shenqi Pill solution at 0.2 g/kg for 18 days,The indicators of sexual behavior of mice,CIP and CT,were observed,histological changes of the testis were observed by HE stain.The levels of IL-6,IL-1β,T and E_(2) in mice testicular tissue and T,E_(2),LH,FSH and PRL in serum were detected.Results:Compared with normal group,the CIP of model group was significantly increased and the CT significantly decreased(P<0.05);The testicular histopathology showed testicular niche damaged,there was no significant change in the T in the testicular tissue(P>0.05),but the serum T was significantly reduced(P<0.05),there were no significant changes in the LH,FSH and PRL in serum(P>0.05);The IL-6 in the testicular tissue increased significantly(P<0.05),and the IL-1βshowed no significant change(P>0.05).Compared with model group,the CIP of Shenqi Pill group was significantly decreased and CT was increased(P<0.05);The testicular histopathology showed normal testicular niche,the T in testicular tissues was significantly increased,and the T in serum and the LH significantly were increased(P<0.05),there was no significant change in srum PRL(P>0.05);The IL-6 and IL-1βin testicular tissues were significantly decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jingui Shenqi Pill can protect testicular injury of mice from microwave radiation and raise T level.
