我国中小学课堂教学改革的现实困境与发展路径 被引量:1

The Practical Dilemma and Its New Development Path of Classroom Teaching Reform in Primary and Secondary Schools in China

摘要 长期以来,我国中小学课堂教学改革仍然不同程度地存在如下问题:改革目标任务的价值引领偏弱,解决关键难点的抓手不强,推动改革的主体参与力度不深,持续改进教学质量的评价机制不健全。其根源主要体现在对课堂教学的育人本质认识不足,长期固化的多种现实利益未能打破,持续追求卓越课堂的课堂教学改革文化缺失,全民支持课堂教学改革的条件保障亟待完善。破解上述难题,需坚定不移地坚守育人理念,践行“立德树人”根本任务;加强顶层设计与系统落实,精准聚焦关键难点;构建协同育人机制,重视改革文化建设;优化评价机制,健全条件保障。 There have been following problems of various degrees in teaching reforms in primary and secondary schools in China for a long time:ineffective guidance of the values of reform objectives,a lack of the entry point to solve the key and difficult problems,teachers’insufficient participation into the reform and an imperfect evaluation mechanism for constantly improving teaching quality.The deep-rooted causes of these problems exist in the insufficient understanding of the essence of education in classroom teaching,the failure of breaking the long-term solidification of a variety of practical interests,the absence of classroom teaching reform culture of pursuing excellent teaching,and the inadequate conditions and guarantee of national support for classroom teaching reform.To solve the above problems,we should firmly adhere to the original intention of education,and carry out the fundamental task of moral education;enhance the high-level design and systematic implementation,and focus exactly on the key difficulties;construct a collaborative education mechanism,and attach importance to the construction of reform culture;and optimize the evaluation system,and improve the guarantee conditions.
